How and Why we offer a 5 Year Warranty?

      Our #1 call back in the last 8 years was customers stating that the seal on their shower floor appeared to be coming off the grout.  Actually the seal was in perfect condition once we took a cloth and wiped the grout with IMPERIA Cleaner.  What actually was happening was the bar soap built up on top of the seal and was never cleaned off.  The purpose of the seal is to keep the grout from staining and looking brand new for years to come.

        Most all cleaners don’t remove the build up from bar soap but just clean the top layer of soap scum.  Many people use bleach or products which contain bleach.  The purpose of bleach is to etch off a fine layer of grout which makes it look brand new again.  After many cleanings  the bleach starts to wear down the grout resulting in a shower re-grout.   Go to “GET THE FACTS” on our home page for more information about cleaners and bleach.

      After many hours wasted on recalls do to cleaning issues, we decided to hire a chemist to make a line of cleaners to prevent this problem and give us a chance to extend our warranty another 4 years to offer the 5 Year Warranty.

For less than $5.95 a month, you will receive all the IMPERIA and VALORE Clean and Seal you will need to maintain your shower, floors and 5 year warranty parts and labor.

 Do not allow mold and mildew to grow in your shower. Shower mold and mildew can amplify quite quickly and the longer you allow it to settle the more it grows. Be cautious on which cleaners you use in your house and make sure it was designed for the purpose you are using it for.
