Our Commercial Solvent Siliconized Sealer is an opaque, waterproofing sealer formulated to bond to grout and masonry mortar. It penetrates deeply into the surface to form a tough shield so it won't peel, fade or flake over time. It's resistant to salt, acids, alkaline, water, UV rays, oil, heavy traffic, and is highly resistant to pool chemicals.   This seal was designed by our Chemist for exterior and interior floors which provides a flat finish.  It is durable enough to with stand any weather conditions outside and oil or water stains on the inside.
